Dip Dyed hair...

I know this was a fashion trend back to 2012... but as a friend (NASIA)  put this little idea in my tinny head i needed to investigate it .... Despite this, the fashion trends take over Greece always after a year, so , technically we are ok :P

Now what we have :

1.Dip dye is a technique where the ends of the hair are colored with dramatic/intense colors .(color dye is semi permanent )

2.We should not be confused with ombre hair , the more subtle/natural version of dip dye, where the  hair ends get  lighter towards blond .( color dye is permanent )

You can always visit your hairdresser and ask to do something like that but i suggest to take a photo with you  in order to avoid any misunderstandings...

Lets see some of my favorites and then i will share with you a few tips :

I really like the pink- purple ones and those who blend into the rest hair naturally ( Compare last 2  pictures see the difference?) :

Tip 1 : In order to succeed that ( in case you like to try it your self ),try coloring hair pieces but do not start  exactly from the same height , also do not follow any guideline or steps found in youtube in which they said to braid your hair first and then dye the ends of the braid...

Tip 2 : If you have dark hair your should bleach your ends first  in order for the color to pop up.

Tip 3: Don't cry like a baby . my ends will be damaged , no i am not coloring my hair etc ...

DO IT ,If we do not do so now that we are young then when ? Also you can try it before you cut your hair so if you do not like it then cut it!

I will probably try so  in summer ..

Hair Chalk

And now for those who are afraid of the major changes and fear to do anything with permanent color , you can simply try the Hair Chalk !

With this you can dye your hair but not permanent , it is like coloring 

for few hours your hair and after a wash its all gone .

First I will show you what I have tried in past :

This is my last years Halloween makeover..

Is a Katy Perry's  E.T Music Video makeup look alike.

I got the idea from the youtube makeup up guru Promise Phan.

I used my everyday brown pencil , white pencil and black eyeliner.

I only purchase the false eyelashes .

Last, the color of my eyes in this picture has been edited in 

Photoshop.

My tips:

I used eyelashes glue and toilet paper to make his scars then paint them with my red lipstick  and voilà!!

I had in past many Halloween makeovers as i always like to use makeup with masks or costumes during Halloween but unfortunately i have no photos ...

Now let’s start 

The classics (which are very easy and do not need many or any accessories):

Easy to do? Yes just follow the steps!

Tips: wear black clothes any fur and try to use pair of head cat ears and a tail (easily found in any Halloween store or our Greek Jumbo store..)

My Tips:

Create a “v” shape at your forehead as in video.

Do whatever black eye makeup you like (you can use red on top!)

Draw your eyebrows with black pencil or liquid eyeliner to be dramatic and to ensure it will stay on all night.

For the blood you can just draw it with a  red pencil or lipstick.

As a true Vampire you should have sharp Vampire teeth, so instead of the plastic ones, try  draw two vampire teeth on your lower lip at the height of our own “vampire” teeth with black eyeliner, fill up with white and you will look great!

Tips:

Use white base.

Try whatever eye makeup you like.

Use your upper lips edges to create a round bunny mouth.

Make sure you’ll create the teeth on the lower lip and paint a cute pink noise tip!

Use again rabbit head set for ears , sexy rabbit tail and do not forget a carrot with you  !

And now our Queens and Princesses .

To be a real Queen or Princesses you need to have an appropriate dress, correct?

Well.. not always ..

Having the below makeup you do not need any special Halloween dress,  just accessorize it with the help of jewels or shawls..

Tips: 

Use rhinestones!

For a true queen without a dress..wear white or gray clothes use any white shawl and you are ready.

This is so great! Try to make sure you will use strass or glitter on your eyebrows and use gold accessories !

Cut my hair.. my self..|Wait ,what?

Yesterday I browse you tube to find girls who cut their hair at home .
This was by  interest as i do not feel that this will save my money but as I always wanted to try that but feared too much .|

The true reason is that in my whole life I never found a hair dresser or a hair salon in which after I left I had a huge smile reaching my ears.|

Also every time I looked the outcome at my mirror at home I always took a pair of scissors and try fix the ends of my bangs or my hair edges .|
